Privacy & use of information

Information collected

QX Media Tech LTD. collects your company or brand, main products, target markets, optional website, the WeChat ID or email you provide, whether you are active in overseas markets, and any self-test screenshots you choose to upload. We also record your application ID, submission time, source, language, and consent.

How it is used

Your information is used to assess your review request, contact you, carry out the agreed review, and maintain reports and follow-up records. It is not automatically published as a case study; separate permission is required.

Access and storage

This website uses cloud hosting, database, and private file storage services. Your information may be processed and stored outside your country or region. Client records and attachments are accessible only to authorised administrators. I retain information for assessing your request, providing agreed services, and necessary follow-up, and delete it when no longer needed. You may also request correction or deletion using the email below.

Visit source analytics

I use first-party analytics to understand referral channels, pages viewed, and visits that lead to applications. Analytics store page paths, referring domains, campaign tags, timestamps, and a temporary visit ID. They do not store full referring URLs, search terms, or raw IP addresses, use browser fingerprinting, or load third-party advertising trackers. The visit ID stays in the current tab and resets after 30 minutes of inactivity. Your opt-out preference is stored in this browser.

Visit details are included for up to 90 days; expired records are removed during subsequent analytics processing. When you apply, the identifiable source of your current visit is linked to your request and retained with it. Analytics are available only to signed-in administrators. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. You can also opt out below without affecting browsing or applications.
